Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully when using the Dammtussen.se (MrDustbag.com) website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.

Prices

All prices on Dammtussen.se (MrDustbag.com) are including the Swedish VAT, but does nout include any other possible local costs like import tax. There are no handling fees or packing charges. We are using a flat rate for the shipping, which differs from country to country. When checking out and paying for your order, you will see the specific freight cost for your local country.

(takes approx. 2 to 4 working days)

Shipping to Europe (EU); EUR 9.99 Flat Rate
(takes approx. 3 to 5 working days)

Shipping to the Rest of the World; EUR 19.99 Flat Rate
(takes approx. 5 to 15 working days)

Delivery times are approximate and most items will be sent with Postnord. MrDustbag.com shall have no liability to customers for failure to deliver the goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, or other failures in the handling by the shipment company.

Your order

Dammtussen.se (MrDustbag.com) must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be fully accepted.

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an order confirmation email.

We may also decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our further email will tell you so.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Missing or damaged orders

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify our Customer Service.

So, upon receipt of your goods, you should carefully inspect your goods to ensure they have not been damaged in transit, and they are what you ordered, and the delivery is of a correct quantity.

To assist us, and to minimize any delays, in addressing your problem you should report any problem (please quote your invoice number when contacting us) within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods in question.

Liability

We warrant to you that any goods you purchase from us through this website are of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose (or a specific purpose you have made known to us which we have confirmed the goods are fit for).

If you or we notify a problem, our only obligation to you will be to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to, as is reasonable in your circumstances, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, damages or expenses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).

Under no circumstances shall we have any liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

We, or our licensors, own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content of this website, which you may use, download and copy for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

If you order products from our website for delivery outside Sweden, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
